Field Day is an updated take on this design, featuring inverted box pleats in contrasting fabric and constructed with French seams for a clean tailored finish. The pleats drape and twirl – and everybody knows that little girls love to twirl – while the top band of the skirt gathers with an elasticized waistband to fit your girly for years and years.
PDF includes 5 pages of easy to follow step-by-step instructions, 12 full color images to demonstrate pattern specifics, complete sewing instructions for sizes 2(4,6,8,10,12).
You'll need 1 yard of main fabric (44”/45” selvedge) 1 yard of contrasting fabric (44”/45” selvedge) 1 yard of ¾” elastic pins, and a water soluble pen (or chalk), and an iron.
