we have liftoff, people. finger knitting. she is enjoying her crafty independence, as well as requesting a glass of water be brought to her now and then. "because my hands are busy." be still, my heart. sure, it may be a gateway craft to something else in the future, but for now she's we're enjoying some knitting time together.
