i'm excited to share the "Driveway Doodlers" project from my book
- the tutorial is posted on the Wiley Craft blow today with step-by-step photos to show you how it's done. making your own chalk is a great project to do with your kids with the added bonus of providing hours of entertainment afterwards + we've put our twist on it to make fun shapes!
i've put together a "Make it Yourself KIT" to giveaway in conjunction with our free project at Wiley Craft. the kit includes plaster of paris, tempera paint powder, measuring cups, rubber gloves, and a variety of fun cookie cutters and duct tape to make the molds. all you need is a bucket + water and you guys will be able to make your own!
