a favorite at lunchtime, after which one feels neither guilty nor sedated:
an oven-roasted acorn squash w/ a wee bit of goat cheese + tomato salad. instead of binging on goat cheese (as i will not confirm or deny having done in the past), i made a wasa w/cottage cheese for a bit more calcium + protein. mama's no spring chicken.
