the girlys and i are about to begin another tea party. quite literally in 2 minutes, so this will be a short one - my new favorite snack wanted to say hello.
whisk together 1 Tbsp peanut butter + 1 Tbsp fat free greek yogurt. if you like it sweet, add a tiny drizzle of honey then dollop on a plate with a sliced apple. i know it's nothing new, but a few tablespoons of PB isn't necessarily the greatest choice yet it is too good to abolish entirely. this version is satisfying on both the sweet and savory levels, and quite the healthy choice.
