appetite suppressant

don't know how i have managed this, but you can be certain i am beaming about the progress of the dna quilt.

wednesday is my plant-bottom-on-couch for lost night.  this week, i am more than excited to have one of my favorite save-me-from-snacking activities to keep my hands occupied.  i may sneak in an orange juice popsicle, but that's it.
